He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mindock and Edna Mindock (Schultz); his brothers, Raymond, Harvey and John Mindock; and his sister-in-law Bette Mindock.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Mark (Karie) of Kaukauna, WI, Alan (Kristen) of North Hills, CA, David of Sheboygan and Alane Kaesmeyer (Mark) of Coon Rapids, MN; and his grandchildren, Maralee, Jared, Alexander, Clara, Ethan, Emmalee, Aubrey, Austin, Jacob and Kalyn.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be given in loving memory of Ed to support Manitowoc Lutheran High School.
