He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin F. Schultz and Ruth A. Schultz; his former wife Betty J. Krum of Sheboygan; and his brother James M. Schultz of Sheboygan. He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Schultz of Madison; his children, Michael of Sheboygan Falls, Steve (Evie Ballard) of Sheboygan Falls and Julie Schultz of Chicago; and his stepchildren, Laurence Schultz (Karen) of Middleton, WI, Carla Klein (Sarasota), Sandra Mills (Frank) and David Schultz (Kim) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, and 6 great granddaughters.
