She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Seifert and Isabelle Seifert (Cooper); her husband James Hoerz; and her sister Lynn Meyer. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Hoerz (Gayle) of Florida and Timothy Hoerz (Jackie) of Texas; her grandchildren, Zachary Hoerz (Ivan), Lucas Hoerz (Francesca), Grant Hoerz (Josh) and Ashley Hoerz; and her sister Marcia Wallender of Sheboygan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund in Donna's name has been established for Rainbow Hospice, 147 West Rockwell St. Jefferson, WI 53549.
