He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Holbrook and Gail Kellogg Holbrook; his former wife Judy Gieseke; his granddaughter Georgia Diedrich; and his son-in-law Zachariah Diedrich.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bobbi Diedrich (Jeremaih) of Sheboygan and Rachael Holbrook of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Zachariah, Lacy, Alexa, Ada, Luella, Corra and Jeremiah Jr.; his siblings, Daniel Holbrook, Linda Holbrook and Susan LeMahieu (Brian); his sister-in-law Julee Holbrook; and his half-siblings, Kenneth Holbrook and Diana Holbrook-Crandall. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
