He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Peffer and Ethelda Peffer (Downie). He is survived by: his friend Judy; his brother Carl; his children, David (Beverly), John (Susan), Lisa (John), Michael (Melinda), Tom, Steven (Paula) and Mary Blanket; his grandchildren, Allison Nicole, Madeline Rose, Parker Hiland and Veronica Myrtle; his former wife Karen; his brother Richard; his pets, Susie and Blue; and also Jacqualynn.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be given in David's name to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic in Sheboygan.
