He is survived by: his wife Janelle White; his children, Derrick, Jacqueline, Seth of Sheboygan, WI. and Daniel Turner of Milwaukee, WI.; his grandchildren, Savanna, Rodrick and Mook; his siblings, John Sharp (Shirley), Roosevelt Butler of Minnesota, Sarah Burress of Houston, TX. and Lakeisha Cole-Shields of Milwaukee, WI.; his nieces and nephews, Darryl, Ayden, Damien Sr., Keith Jr., Kemoni, Iesha, Lori, Angela, Appolonia (Maurice), Lakeisha, Kaniya and A'Miyha; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Azarion, Marquis, Maurice Jr., Ryelin, Liam, Amanda, Journie, Skylar, Kylie, Kwata, Jr., Keith III, Jerzei and Damien Jr..
