He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene F. Dirks Enders; his stepfather Dale Huibregtse; his nephew Travis Soto; his parents-in-law, Charles and Arleen Kauffman; and his sister-in-law Debra Kauffman.
He is survived by: his father Eugene P. Enders (Linda); his wife Sandi; his siblings, Terri Cohen (Matt), Heidi Porter (Ray), Holly Soto (Hector), Lorri Steward (Calvin), Todd Enders, Brad Enders (Melissa), Sue Shackleton (John), Jason Enders (Mikah), Jenny Knuth (Jason) and Dirk Huibregtse (Courtney); and his in-laws, Dennis Kauffman, Diane Korbisch (Fran), Judy Bernarde (Lonnie) and Joni Fredrick (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
