He was predeceased by: his father Charles L. Smith Sr.; his grandson Sebastian; and his grandparents, Leslie, Delores Gannigan, Clifford and Lillian Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Smith (Gannigan); his daughter Lydia Smith; his grandchildren, Prince, Legend and Willow; his siblings, Linda Smith, Jesse Smith (Kim) and Donald Smith; his nieces, Amanda, Vanessa and Ashlynn (Dan); and his friend Steve Fredrich. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
