She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Plehn and Philomena Leonard Plehn; and her sisters, Cathy Dyminski and Marcia Fredricks. She is survived by: her husband Neal Neese of Sheboygan; her children, Allyson of Sheboygan, Steven (Brittney) of Lisbon, Robert Neese (Leann) of Menomonee Falls and Andrea Neese of Middleton; her grandchildren, Peyton, Quinn and Hannah Neese; and her siblings-in-law, Shelby Truttschel of Sheboygan, Bonnie Spindler (Dale) of Sheboygan, June Wiemann (Donnie) of Sheboygan, Dale Neese (Diane) of Elkhart Lake and Gary Neese of Sheboygan Falls. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol's name may be directed to the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
