We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2022, at the age of 84, Carl David Picard of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, born in Cudahy, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Picard and Audrey Carpenter Picard; his daughter Kelly Horton; his granddaughter Nicole Vander Heyden; his siblings, Virginia Behr (Lyle), Judy Cherveny, Jack and Gerald Picard; his sister-in-law Judy Anhalt (Roger); and his parents-in-law, Peter and Dorothy Degenhardt.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle F. Degenhardt Meyer; his son Brian Picard (Sandy); his stepchildren, Steven Meyer (Vicki), Teresa Ebersol (Jeff), David Meyer and Mark Meyer; his grandchildren, Katy, Kyle, Len, Jacob, Brent, Heather, Brandon, Crystal, Chandler and Kaleb; his sisters, Patti Fischer (George) and Carmen Ter Maat (Glen); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Picard, Mariann Picard, Dotti Anderson (Rick Gustafson), Kay Kita (Jim), Debbie Holsen (Ted), Roberta Johnson (Randy) and Mike Cherveny. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
If desired, memorials may be donated in Dave's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
