She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Karbe and Irene Karbe (Judies); her spouse Arvon Merget; her son Arvon Merget Jr.; and her siblings, Charles, Donald, Edward, Ethel and Irene.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michelle Adams of Green Bay, Jerry Lee Sperhake (Ashley) of Green Bay and Billie Sperhake (Jevon) of Sheboygan; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Quintin, Daisha, Ariana and Finnley; and her close friends, Janet, Floyd Wenninger, Mary Lynn Gustavsen, Susie Adleman and Mary Ann Wilke. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Carita's name.
