She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Mildred and Raymond Orth; her brother-in-law Arthur Orth; and her nephew Andy Weber. She is survived by: her husband Tom of Sheboygan; her daughter Melissa Krutzik (Kevin) of Howards Grove; her grandchildren, George Krutzik of Howards Grove and Katrina Krutzik (Ryan Moritz) of Illinois; her siblings, Larry Weber (Kris) of Florida, Jim Weber (Barb) of Manitowoc, Steve Weber (Colleen) of Manitowoc, Mike Swetlick of Manitowoc and Cathy Moran (Mark) of Iola; her sisters-in-law, Mary Shulander of Manitowoc and Kathy Siebold (Roger) of De Pere; and her caregivers, Jason, Jayne and Tanya. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her name.
