Althea L. Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Althea L. Smith of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 9, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Hess and Anita Hess (Muesler); her husband Edson Smith; her daughters, Erica Smith of Sheboygan, Amanda Smith of Plymouth and Victoria Mentzel (Jed) of Hartford; her sisters, Julianne Boerner of West Allis and Karee Abbott (Francis) of Plymouth; and her siblings-in-law, Des Smith (Suzanne) of Hartland and Wendy Smith (late Casey) of Pewaukee. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Crossroads Community Church (4321 Co Rd A, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to: Living Hope International – Mexico, Sheboygan County Pay It Forward and The Gathering Place at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
