He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his sons, Tim Guillette (Jane) of Sheboygan and Brian Guillette (Gretchen) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Brad, David, Greta and Blake; and his sister Lila Mae Daul (Dean) of Luxemburg, WI.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
