He is survived by: his siblings, Big and Blood Donor; his children, Jeffrey Hoegger (Julie) of Champlin, MN and Jodine Rodriguez of Melbourn, FL; his grandchildren, Heidi Hoegger, Mark Hoegger (Stephanie), Mallory Osborn (Kevin), Julie Shawinsky (Austin), Kayla Konz and Samantha Holmes-Konz (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Logan LeFors, Robert Hay, Leland Hoegger and Audra Hoegger; his sisters, Anita Knaub and Jane Busch; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Hoegger (Robert) and Shirley Lee (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
