He is survived by: his wife Marianne Koechel; his children, Philip Herman (Sandi) of Sheboygan, WI and Carrie Spiro of Plymouth, WI; his grandchildren, Hannah, Caden Spiro, Heather Schwartz (Geoffrey) of Oshkosh, WI, Ella and Margaret Schwartz; his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa Priebe (Joe) and Trevor Rahe (Jaime); his sister Marion Herman; his sisters-in-law, Norma Koechel and Donna Broehm; and his pets, Bailey and Presley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Willard's name to Anchor of Hope and Meals on Wheels.
