She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Dobrzynski and Mary Dobrzynski (Wilcenski); her former husband John T. Alfonsi; her husband Donald Rettler; her daughters-in-law, Gail Alfonsi and Susan Alfonsi; and her brothers, Leo (Betty), Chester (Cecilia), Wally and Ted Dobrzynski (Mildred).
She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Alfonsi of Sheboygan Falls, Brian Alfonsi of Kohler and David Alfonsi of Sheboygan; and her sister-in-law Ruth Dobrzynski. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 7 stepchildren; step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren.
