She is survived by: her husband Gregory of Sheboygan Falls; her children, Lauren Koch (Joe) of Mukwonago, Tony Alfonsi of Belgium and Kelly Cook of Sheboygan Falls; her grandchildren, Lily Koch, Madeline Koch, Gregory Koch, Charlotte Koch, Isabella Alfonsi, Emma Cook and Johnathan Cook; her sisters, Donna Felch (Jack) of Sheboygan Falls and Karen Mueller (Kerry) of Sheboygan Falls; and her brothers-in-law, Brian Alfonsi and David Alfonsi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
