He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Offenbecher and Naomi Offenbecher. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Offenbecher; and his children, Rick Offenbecher (Kim), Mike Offenbecher (Joan), Tina Brunmeier (Brad) and Kelly DeRuyter (Jordan). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
