She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Foulds and Katherine Foulds (Murtha); her daughter Kelly Swoboda; her grandson Justin; and her daughter-in-law Faith Swoboda.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Swoboda, Pamela Zastrow (Mike Sr.), Mike Swoboda, John Swoboda, Peggy Limbeck (George) and Christopher Swoboda; her grandchildren, Mike Zastrow, Jr. (Corey), Lisa Marie Locke (Matt), Shelby Williams (David), John Swoboda, Jr., Shannon Breen (Charlie), Lauren Limbeck (Bryce), Sierra Swoboda and Cassandra Swoboda; and her great grandchildren, Cash, Presley, Elliot, Henry, Harrison, Connor, Ava, Jayden, Charlie Jr., Jacob and Emma.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patricia's honor can be made to Sheboygan Humane Society.
