He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Fenner and Adeline Fenner (Schlichting); his wife Geraldine Tewelis; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Anna Tewelis; his sisters, Marlene Meinert (Harold), Arnita and Carol Fenner; and his siblings-in-law, MaryAnn Teske, Paul DeSombre and Francis Tewelis.
He is survived by: his children, John Fenner (Tina) of Sheboygan Falls and Ann Schultz (Glen) of Port Washington; his granddaughter Allison Schultz; his friend JoAnn Erhardt; his stepgrandsons, Joshua Schultz, Drew and Derek Willfahrt; his siblings, Florence Popp (James) and David Fenner; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Teske and Janet DeSombre. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Luke Lutheran Church.
