She is survived by: her friend Bridge; her children, Greg Horn (Ingrid) of Sheboygan, Terry Horn (Debbie) of Plymouth, Kurt Horn (Crickett) of Tennessee and Tom Horn (Lisa) of Sheboygan Falls; her granddaughters, Stephanie Herbst (Justin) and Mishka Horn (Cody Ewald); her great grandchildren, Aiden Horn, Aubrie Bourelle and Izzy Herbst; her brother David Geltemeyer (Pat); her former husband Ken Horn; her sister-in-law Bernice Walter; her nieces and nephews, Scott Geltemeyer (Julie), Todd Geltemeyer (Darcy), Chris Geltemeyer (Tsvety), Kari Geltemeyer, Kyle Geltemeyer (Jillian), Linda Hulbert Ertel and Allen Reinl; and her caregiver Nancy. She is also survived by other relatives, friends.
