He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cardarelle and Hada Cardarelle (Wren); his wife Lucy; his parents-in-law, Anton and Lillian Wiedmeyer (Wienke); his brothers, Donald Cardarelle (Jeannette) and Dennis Cardarelle; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Luecke (Roger), Eunis Cardarelle, Lawrence Wiedmeyer (Carol) and Olie Wiesner.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Jane Cardarelle-Hermans (Jeff) of Bradenton, FL, Joseph Cardarelle of Sheboygan and Sandra Bruggink (Chris) of Hilton Head, SC; his grandchildren, Dawn Cardarelle, David Cardarelle, Lance Cardarelle, Jacobi Cardarelle (Nadine), Trevor Cardarelle, Max Bruggink, Sam Bruggink, Alex Jowett, Luke Jowett and Nick Cardarelle; his great grandchildren, Camren, Janayah, Jaidah and Cayden; his siblings, Ardel Cardarelle and Janel Wiesner; and his sisters-in-law, Janette Cardarelle and Dolores Stoffel (Roger).
The military honors will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (730 County Hwy PPP, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the El Rancho Viejo (152 Pine St, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Sheboygan Falls Legion Post 149.
