He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kasper and Viola Kasper (Raschke); and his sister Darlene Buchmann. He is survived by: his wife Lori Regan; his children, Diana Rouse, Tina Lacey (Rob), Sarah Kasper and Steven Kasper; his grandchildren, Kristen Rodriguez (Oscar), Trevor Rouse, Megan Denman and Ethan Kasper; and his siblings, Marion Schultz and Donald Kasper Jr. (Ardene).
