It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Bell of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 5, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Bell and Diane C. Bell (Fellenz); and her brother-in-law Tom Kessler. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Krueger, Nicholas Krueger and Ashley Ghent (James); her grandchildren, Serenity, JJ and Charles Ghent; and her sisters, Robin Kessler and Linda Bell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
