He was predeceased by: his father Charles Vorpahl. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Angela Vorpahl (Travis), Lisa Gonzalez (Tyler) and Amanda Vorpahl (Cody); his granddaughter Makenzie; and his mother Laurie Heimermann (Carl). He is also survived by two sisters; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being stablished in Jeffrey's name for the Sheboygan County Humane Society.
