He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cummings and E. Helen Cummings (MacFarland); his parents-in-law, Elmer and Martha Burr; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Burr.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Burr; his sons, Jimmey Cummings Jr. (Valerie) of Sheboygan, WI, Kevin Cummings of Sheboygan Falls, WI and Schad Cummings (Katie) of Gleason, WI; his grandchildren, Angelina, Vanessa, Landon, Annika, Caitlin, James III and Trent; his siblings, Ray Cummings (Rita) of Murray, KY, David Cummings (Holly) of Murray, KY and Joann Oakley (Keith) of Paducah, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Cooper (Harlen) of De Pere, WI, Darlene Millen (Todd) of Boyne City, MI, Suzie Hull (Marlin) of Fond and Tammy Burr of Sheboygan, WI.
