He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Ruppel; his children, Julie Carpenter (Corey) of Sussex, WI, Jill Levenhagen (Robert) and Greg Heinrich (Adriana) of Boca Raton, FL; his sisters, Kathy Herman (Daniel "Bud") and Lori Hicks (Steve); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Levenhagen, Rhett, Gavin Carpenter and Lucas Heinrich.
