He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Billmann and Joyce Billmann (Leon); and his parents-in-law, Jerome, Phyllis Zemke (Hoffmann) and Helen Liefbroer.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Billmann of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Brian Billmann (Stephen Nelson) of Madison and Brenda Swann (Mike) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Lauren and Michael Swann; and his siblings, David Billmann (Linda Mueller), Dale Billmann (Karen Wirt), Daniel Billmann (Lori Lemkuil) and Denise Scherbarth (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
