She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Mary; and her siblings, Ann, Mary and John.
She is survived by: her husband David Burhop; her sons, Samuel (Melanie) and Timothy Burhop (Alexandra); and her grandsons, Brayden and Baylor Burhop. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, honoring Dorothy's lifelong commitment to supporting children's health and well-being.
