She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Jones and Myrna Jones (Ramstack); and her brothers, Edward, Russell and Curtis Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Paul M. Fleming, MD; her children, Kathryn Grady (Everett) of Kohler, WI, Edward Fleming (Jessica) and Ryan Fleming (Meagan) of Cottage Grove, MN.; her grandchildren, Myles, Clare, Simon, Liam, Isabella Fleming, Emma, Morgan Grady and Megan Castaneda (Mike); and her sisters-in-law, Alice Jones and Maija Jones. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out to the Sheboygan Humane Society in Carol's name.
