She was predeceased by: her father Harold Walentowski; her brother Brian Walentowski; and her nephew Jordan Zastrow. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Walentowski; her husband Timothy Zastrow; her children, Jennifer Zastrow (Zach Quella) and Michael Zastrow (Nicole); her granddaughter Willow Zastrow; her sisters, Nancy Sheldon (Ron) and Tammy Mckee; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Zastrow (Judy), Linda Rowe, Cindy Nitsch (Joseph) and Rosemary Blackburn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
