She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Thiel and Esther S. Thiel (Augustine); her husband Burton James DeGroff; and her brothers, Adrian Thiel and Donald Augustine.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael DeGroff (Susie) of Cascade, William DeGroff (Mary) of Waldo, Joel DeGroff of Haven and James Peter DeGroff (Susan) of Waldo; her great grandchildren, Corabell, Alarik Vanderhoof of Howards Grove, Avery Eaton of Plymouth and Gwen Loomis of Waldo; and her sisters-in-law, Vyra Thiel of Waldo and Jessie Augustine of Sheboygan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Alice's name.
