He is survived by: his daughters, Monique Weidman (Jason) and Teresa De Puy; his grandchildren, William, Jayden Weidman, Brooklynn and Madisyn Evans; and his brother Barry De Puy (Jeanne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
