He was predeceased by: his son Wayne Peterson; and his parents, Ward Peterson and Grace Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Cherie Erdmann; his children, Ward Peterson, Jr. (Tara) of Shawano and Wendy Stuewer (Greg) of Shawano; his grandchildren, Alex Peterson, Kyle Niles (Angelina), Karah Peterson, Caitlin Stuewer (Haley), Taylor Gumieny (Brandon) and Kody Stuewer; his great grandchildren, Logan, Ava, Ashlynn, Leighton and Jason; and his siblings, Dick Peterson of Clintonville, Mike Peterson (Lana) of Shawano, Pat Schardt of Shawano and Chris Vomastic of Shawano. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
