She is survived by: her stepfather Leonard "Jack" Miller; her husband Glen McIntosh; her children, Andrea Toomey (Brandon), Alexander and McIntosh of Shawano; her grandchildren, Phelan, Ryan and Olivia; her siblings, Linda Boundy (David) of Wellsville, NY, John Miller (Cindy) of Gresham, Terry Miller (Debbie) of Bowler and Mary Miller (Wally) of Bowler; and her sister-in-law Karen Beauprey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
