He was predeceased by: his father Herb Martin. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Martin; his siblings, Sue Zernicke (Jim) of Middleton, Chris Johnson (Bob) of Shawano, Mary of Shawano and Jim of Shawano; his former wife Dinah; and also Justine. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Tom would have preferred donations to the Humane Society.
