She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Riege and Viola Riege (Kersten); and her siblings-in-law, Curtis Teetzen, Willis Teetzen, Irv Korth and Kathy Teetzen.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred R. Teetzen of Shawano; her children, Toni Bucholz (Wes) of Shawano and Alan Teetzen (Patricia) of Wausau; her grandchildren, Melissa Seefeldt (Dylan), Patrick Teetzen (Keturah), Danielle Beall (JD), Samantha Teetzen, Amanda Parnell (Kegen) and Jarod Bucholz; her great grandchildren, Jacob Beall, Andromeda, Kharma Seefeldt, Maggie Teetzen, Liam, Tyler Gibbs, Jaylen Kensley and Harper Parnell; her siblings-in-law, Marlyn Teetzen, Dr. Merle Teetzen, Ruth Korth, Carol Teetzen and Shirley Teetzen; and her cousin Carole Krueger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, private family services for Shirley Teetzen will be held.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials are preferred to the Shawano County Humane Society or Zion Lutheran Church in Shawano.
