He was predeceased by: his son William Collins (Billy); his father Roland Retzlaff; his brothers, Danny, Lyle and Lopy Retzlaff; his nephew Cory Retzlaff; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny King, Johnny Holland, Debbie Laurence, Lisa Worzalla and Christine Duffeck.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances Collins; his wife Patricia Juza; his daughter Tammy Hedrington (Jason); his grandchildren, Kendra, Karli, Amber LeFevre (Joe) and Williams Collins-McGovrn; his son Paul Collins (Sandra); his grandchildren, Logan, Roman Collins and Quisha; his goddaughter Stephanie Waggett (Keegan); his siblings, Sissy Campbell (Rick), Darlen Calhoun (Dave), Rusty Retzlaff (Peggy), Eugene Retzlaff (Brenda) and Jamo Retzlaff; his close friend Sherri Cook; his brother Ed Retzlaff; and his pets, Blue, Frosty, Cinnamon and Oreo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Social distancing and masks will be required during the gathering at the funeral home.
