He is survived by: his fiancée Samantha Wallace; his godson William Schoen; his parents, Jennifer and Paul; his siblings, Katilynn, David and Pauline; his grandmother Barbara Parrott; his uncle Jayson Bastar (Amy); his aunts, Johanna Schoen (Jody), Jessica Knitter (Matthew), Janalee Krueger (Jason), Terri Utke (Chris) and Lori Schneider (Dennis); his cousin Amanda; his children, Jadyn, Myla, Haylee and Raelyn; his cousins, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Emilee and Jordon (Patience); his children, Jabril, Jacobi and Javon; his cousin Anna Marie (Cody); his son Dawson; his cousins, Molly, Hattie, Johnathan, Aubrey, Aiden, Anglena, Lorren, Morgan, Max and Kyle (Anna); his children, Isabelle, Kysen and Akira; his sister Theresa Joy; his grandparents, John, Peggy Bastar and Robert L. Parrott; and his friend Rocky DeLorme.
