He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Raflik and Regina Raflik (Dulak); his siblings, Anthony Raflik, Mary Jane Polum (Steve) and Adrieann Zarecki (Peter); and his siblings-in-law, Terry Rinehart, Richard Worzalla and Mary Raflik.
He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Raflik (Alice) of Stevens Point, Dennis Raflik of Junction City, Marvin Raflik (Karen) of Lomira, Evelyn Rinehart of Santa Barbara, CA, Philomae Worzalla of Stevens Point, Clairann Kaminaki (Dennis) of Stevens Point and Adeline Mrozek (Don) of Rudolph, WI; and his close friends, Mark and Patty Fuller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family requests offerings for Masses said on Richard's behalf, memorials to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, or memorials to the St. Vincent De Paul Society.
