He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lang and Dorothy Lang (Felts); and his siblings, Bob Lang and Daisey Gehrt. He is survived by: his wife Ann Kloth; his son Phillip Lang, Jr. (Judy); his grandsons, Franklin and Devin; and his siblings, Frederick Lang and Beulah Schoneck.

Memorials are preferred to be directed to the Lang family for a memorial fund to be established.
