He was predeceased by: his parents, David Boivin and Melva Boivin (Kinney); and his siblings, Linda Boivin, Brian Boivin, Laurie Boivin and Leah Boivin.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Carolyn Miller; his daughter Rachel Boivin (Jim Sahatoo); his girlfriend's children, Jennifer Holstrom, Trent Miller, Nathan Miller and Kristen Waukechon; his grandchildren, Sonny, Joel and Faith; his great grandchild Brayden; and his brother David Boivin (Bambi). He is also survived by twenty-two step-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren.
