He was predeceased by: his parents, Antone "Tony" Nickodem and Virginia Nickodem (Van Iten); and his brothers-in-law, James North and Richard Berg. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy North, Gary Nickodem (Karen), Linda Nickodem-Berg, Ruth Brisk (Jeff) and Roger Nickodem (Carrie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
