He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertrand Hagen and Helen Hagen (Nelessen); his siblings, Marie Hagen and Mark Hagen; his niece Erin Schroeder; and his nephew Nathan Hagen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phil Hagen (Kathy), Elaine Schroeder (Kurt), Rita Rancier (Glen), Rose Hagen, Clara Duebler, Phyl Peters (Greg), Jane Velie (Mike) and George Hagen (Sandra); his sister-in-law Alicia Hagen; his good Ron Gipe of Illinois; and his friends, Dutch, Sonny, Wayne and Lyle. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews; and seventeen great nieces and nephews.
