He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Christenson and Jean Kobiske (Schaetz); his brother Ronnie Bushey; and his aunt Leeann Blazer. He is survived by: his wife Kim "Kitty" of Shawano; his children, Tayler Otto (Tim) of Clintonville, London Bowman of Oconto Falls and Trevor Christenson of Shawano; his stepsons, Nick Christenson of Shawano and Andre Lampinen of Shawano; his grandchildren, Carson, Samuel, Cameron Otto and Nevaeh Christenson; and his sisters, Jinger Kasiner-Sutalo and Cheryl Palmer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
