He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Marlene and David; and his siblings, Kenneth (Kay) of Bonduel, Donna of Las Vegas, NV and Patsy of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by several stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
