She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kozlowski and Hilda Kozlowski (Friedman); her husband Jerry LaViolette; her siblings, Doris Kozlowski and William Kozlowski; her siblings-in-law, Cathy Kozlowski, Joan Rogers, Edward Roulette, Robin Campbell and John Rogers; her nephews, Brian LaViolette and John Kozlowski; and her great-nephew Corey Folts.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Hoffman (Chad) of Shawano and Michael LaViolette (Lori) of Glenwood, IA; her grandchildren, Ryan LaViolette (Jenna Rice) and Morgan LaViolette (Amanda Hallman); her siblings, Susan Roulette (Michael), Sandra Brzoznowski (Charles), Patrica Groeschel (Richard) and Thomas Kozlowski; and her siblings-in-law, Renee Kozlowski, Douglas, Rene LaViolette, Sue, Duane LeTourneau, Connie and Bob Wendt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Shawano County Humane Society, the Alzheimer's Foundation, or the American Cancer Society.
