He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Putnam and Thelma Putnam (Davids); his sisters, Beryl Schwab (Henry), Virgie Putnam, Ramona Harder (Eugene), Pauline McCartan (John) and Beverly White (Erwin); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Onesti, Julie Barroso (Francois) and Marion (Don Paullin).
He is survived by: his wife Rosie; his children, Shelly Swisher (Jeff), Matthew Putnam (Danielle Kakwitch), Regina Williams (Guy), Sara Putnam (Micah Johnson) and Maggie Bennett (Jeremy); his sisters, Betty Schiel, Alice Marie Demjen (John) and Judy Hartley (Ralph); his siblings-in-law, Leroy Onesti, Paul Onesti and Susie Onesti (Szutkowski); his grandchildren, Lauren, Wita, McKayla, Caleb, Aubrey, Christopher, Guy Jr., Heavyn, Derick, Saychia, Lexsi, Joesie, Kendell, Micah, Stephen and Max; and his great grandchildren, Adam, Blaire, Paislee, Dariona, Makoa, Waawaa and Joseph.
