He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Habeck (Zastrow). He is survived by: his father David L. Habeck; his children, Michael Habeck (Andrea) and Carrie Cisewski (Andy); his grandchildren, Quentin Habeck, Elliot Habeck, Sebastian Habeck and Jasmine Marie Cisewski; his siblings, Sharon Friedrich (Jeff) and Dan Habeck (Carrie); his nieces, Melissa Friedrich, Nicole Biertzer (Josh) and Gracyn Habeck; and his nephew Noah Habeck. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family prefers memorials be made to St. Jakobi Lutheran Church in Jeffrey's name.
